1001 N. SHORELINE

The project at 1001 N. Shoreline began as a land assembly. Calvano Development recognized the importance of the nexus of Highway 101 and N. Shoreline Blvd. as an exclusive address and one of the most coveted submarkets in Silicon Valley. This area is home to many large corporate users and boasts giants such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, Intuit, and Google.

Calvano purchased ten parcels from eight different ownerships; the complex 7.8-acre acquisition process required separate negotiations with each parcel ownership. Calvano Development has extensive experience with such complicated assemblies that involve working with sellers, tenants, and other stakeholders.

Upon approval, the building was leased to Google. Construction began in 2016 with tenant occupancy in early 2018.
